WE WILL FIX OR REPLACE ANY ITEMS WHICH HAVE A FLAW IN CRAFTSMANSHIP OR MATERIALS.

Please note this does not include regular wear and tear or abuse. Minimal marks of character and slight variations in color are to be expected due to the nature of the leather.


ORDERING AND SHIPPING

Orders will typically ship within 1-4 business days.

Shipping times are estimates based upon USPS calculations.  Packages may sometimes take longer, especially around major holidays or when being shipped internationally.

The customer accepts full responsibility for providing us with the complete and correct address at the time the order is placed.

We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed or damaged during shipping. 


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that International USPS first class and priority shipping generally do not include tracking.

Customs fees may apply with international orders; these are the sole responsibility of the customer.  While we sympathize with any added expense, we can not and will not mark packages as gifts.


RETURNS

Returns are accepted as long as the item is in new and unused condition and shipped within two weeks of the customer having received the package. 

Contact us first to let us know about the item to be returned.

A refund for the value of the product will be issued upon receipt of the package and agreeable assessment.  It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with tracking information for the item to be returned.

Shipping costs and international customs fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return costs.  Please note that personalized and custom items cannot be returned. 

We reserve the right to refuse any return.
